Our Commercial Lines department is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team.

Ability to correctly process new business, change requests, and renewals
Ability to address billing and coverage questions
Ability to act as a liaison, coordinating communication between the insurance carriers, risk advisors, and/or clients
Ability to work independently and successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving, attention to detail, initiative, accountability, adaptability, and integrity
Proficiency in various computer software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office and various carrier websites
Professional communication skills to assist with building and maintaining professional relationships with all business contacts including, but not limited to, clients, carriers, and co-workers
Passion to provide the best Client experience throughout their interactions (both internally and externally)
Ability to obtain and maintain Commercial Lines insurance license, appointment with our carriers, and any required certifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines required.
